TLDR: Queue times are bad so they're eliminating your ability to pick the best server for you.

Season 9 might be FACEIT’s worst. Laggy servers, ping issues, no skins, and too many smurfs. Even when they’re banned, we don’t get our Elo back. I’m Turkish, but I struggle to play with the increasing number of Turkish teammates. None of our complaints are taken seriously.

Fix the smurf issue mates... it’s impossible to play when there are toxic players who buy accounts and smurf on the platform.

No one is a match for @FaceitDerek when it comes to explaining features!

As a Turk, I'm sick of toxic Turkish, Greek, and Serbian players. Since you added ping based matchmaking, I only get matched with them, and they're incredibly toxic while I climb to 3000 ELO. I've suspended my subscription. I'm done giving this platform my money
