They will not, you'll earn an in game currency using the bounty system, challenges and the free page on the battle pass system, which can then be used to purchase items in the skull store, or be converted into crowns to buy crates/the premium battle pass.

Why does the game go black when starting

I hope you all get hired at some big dev studios after this, what you're doing is really cool although I wish everyone could come together and work together instead of dividing the community but I understand people have different perspectives and objectives.
