People were already making slides with Frontend Slides skill ( but the design quality of their output varied a lot; I wanted to introduce a minimum design threshold so everything is automatically pretty

I don't quite see the point of making extravagant designs of a slideshow, when the most important thing of it is to actually present your content comprehensively, which most people fail to do so

'Impossible to make ugly' is a strong claim, but I get the intent. I wasted too many early startup days fighting CSS instead of talking to users. Open templates shift that calculus.

Resources like this are appreciated, but it’s not the job of an agent or a template system to produce something beautiful, that’s the designer’s job. The agent is just a tool. (And oh, sorry I could not hold it. The so called beautiful templates look like AI slop) 🙈
