rosé: I’m not joking but there were so many people online who would tell me what to do with the way i put my makeup on the way I was dressed in stage they would like harass my hair and makeup team online. those people are people i love and that work with me and that’s part of my team and those are my best friends too. but I’ve felt the ache where when people on online I feel like they know what they’re doing they’re really mean to them and that like affects me and they be like do this to your hair, do that to your hair, why are you not doing this and that.

Sometimes I sit and look around without blinking, trying to understand how everyone's mentality works or how one person comes to feel inferior to another. Although I spend hours analyzing everyone's behavior and way of communication, I cannot realize the superior way of thinking of some people. Why do they think they are superior to others or why do they show ignorance and criticism towards individuals who, in terms of mentality and humanity, are perhaps much more developed than them? But no one can explain the way of thinking of those around. However, I would like to give my opinion about each kind of individual involved in such a conversation. For those who think they are superior to others... Take a break from your daily lives to look in the mirror without the mask you wear daily in front of others. Look closely at yourself without embarrassment or prejudice and analyze every element of your life that makes you who you are. Ask yourself if the way you treat others would you like to be applied to you. Think before you open your mouth and criticize, nobody and nothing is perfect in the world. Look and think before you speak and accuse. Those who think they are inferior I tell you this.... Look carefully in the mirror and see the beauty that defines your existence. Not the clothes, not the money, not the social status, not the nationality, not the physical appearance, not the years of advanced education, not the social life and not the profession you profess will make you beautiful and wonderful. But your humanity and soul show who you really are and how valuable you are. And you don't have to be important for someone else, be important for yourself, for your happiness, for your future, for what you believe and what you love. Love yourself before you love anyone else, accept your own flaws and love what you stand for. In the 1980s, Bill Gates began an annual tradition called the Think Week. He would seclude himself and spend an entire week dedicated to reading, learning, and thinking. The Think *Day* is my adaptation: Pick one day each month (or quarter) to step back from all of your day-to-day professional demands. The goal is to spend the entire day reading, learning, journaling, and THINKING. Six thinking question prompts I have found useful (that you should steal!): 1. What are your strongest beliefs? What would it take for you to change your mind on them? 2. What are a few things that you know now that you wish you knew 5 years ago? 3. How can you do less, but better? 4. Are you hunting antelope (big important problems) or field mice (small urgent problems)? 5. What actions were you engaged in 5 years ago that you cringe at today? 🐺feeling upset? 🐶no you are the one and only good hyung to me, idk, i really adore hyung *started sobbing* since in the past , either in recording studio or places like that, whenever we were clashed over little things , as much as i care about this person, it felt weird to me too, to express was very difficult, since you are the eldest that need to lead the team , i feel that its not easy to talk about those things , its like i thought about these things this much, and i dont want the leader and the eldest to know about these things 🐺me too, but its opposite, what im thankful of seungmin is that you say what you have to say? because of that for me, based on my personality , since there are times i didnt realise the mistakes i made, the action and way of speaking which i was not aware of, if theres someone who would pick up on this like “ah i made this big mistake” “ah i need to pay attention on this” thanks to you, i feel like you made me think about those things 😭😭😭😭
