You could not make transactions from Mobile Money to bank accounts or from Bank to Mobile Money. Even if someone sent you money from abroad, you had to go to Western Union to collect it. I told them, ‘Let’s do something about this,’ and I introduced Mobile Money Interoperability. Surprisingly, the Mobile Money business has grown, and today over 800,000 Mobile Money vendors are operating. Today, you can renew your health insurance at home.
