If you are like me and get tired of manually typing instructions to agents, attaching screenshots, pasting debug logs, and all of that, this might be your new favorite tool. With the Clips chrome extension, you can just click the Clips icon, hit record, and start talking. Visually demonstrate your issue, go through the flow, point out what’s broken. Rather than bloated SaaS that charges you a ton of money and still doesn’t even have the things you need, we get free open source canonical apps that you can fork and customize in any way you want. How I have Claude automate anything I do on my computer just by showing it: I use the free Clips app and hit record to start recording. Then I just do the action - like navigating to Rippling and approving any unapproved time off - and I’ll often just talk out loud as I do it explaining any add’l details like I would when showing a human. The Clips app captures everything on your screen and everything you say, and transforms it into a format Claude can “see and hear”. You'll then get a link that you can easily share with Claude (or humans too). I’ll paste it to Claude and say something like, "automate this for me every day at 8:00 AM." The link has special metadata that agents like Claude can discover. It exposes APIs to see the full transcript with timestamps and grab screenshots of what was on your screen at any of those timestamps. Once it's created the routine, you can go to the Routines tab in Claude Code desktop app. This also works with the CLI, Claude Cowork, Codex etc. You’ll see your new routine there, and you can just hit Run Now to have it start running it. Video attached shows this step by step. The Clips apps is free and open source - I’ll link to it and the source code in the thread.

Introducing Agent Wikis! I've been using llm wikis (or knowledge bases) for research and videos for a while to ensure the information I'm providing is always up-to-date and accurate. Now you can access them for free! Just point your agent at to access wikis on many topics, including Hermes Agent, Hyperframes, Google Ads, and llama.cpp. They can be queried through a simple MCP server. Everything has been designed to be agent-friendly and lightweight (no context bloat). This is a beta release, so please let me know of any bugs or issues (I'm sure there are one or two). You can also join the waitlist if you would like us to create and maintain your own private wiki, or if you are a project owner you can request one for your project to make sure your users (and their agents) don't run into any common issues (and also be featured on the site). This is probably the biggest news yet in software going headless, and will bring knowledge work agents to the masses. The new ChatGPT agents have access to any of the tools and data you want to work with, with complete coding and tool use available to them. Here's an example of a custom sales assistant agent uses Box as a knowledge source for accessing enterprise content securely to answer questions and generate new content on the fly. The workflows can obviously vastly far more complex as the agent can use any of the tools within Box available via MCP and CLI. This precisely what agents will start to look like for knowledge work. You'll be able to spin them up in the foreground or background to help augment work. Big opportunity right now for headless platforms, and for all the new builders and designers of these agents in the enterprise.

You get a structured dataset you can download For example, you can run Bigset with the query "all leica lenses being sold on amazon", or "leica stores in kyoto with their opening hours and ratings". Bigset uses TinyFish's free Search and Fetch APIs in the background. You can configure it to refresh the data on a schedule. You can self-host it with your own keys. Bash is all you need! Which is why I'm introducing my holiday project: just-bash just-bash is a pretty complete implementation of bash in TypeScript designed to be used as a bash tool by AI agents. Because it turns out agents love exploring data via shell scripts, even beyond coding. It comes with grep, sed, awk and the 99th percentile features that an agent like Claude Code or Cursor would use. In fact, Claude Code can use it for secure bash execution. In the package - A bash-tool for AI SDK - A binary for use by yourself or your coding agents - An overlay filesystem to feed files to your agent securely - A Vercel Sandbox compatible API, so you can quickly upgrade to a real VM if you need to run binaries - An example AI agent that explores the just-bash code base using just-bash - I imported the Oils shell bash compatibility suite and just-bash passes a very good chunk What is interesting about this codebase: It was essentially entirely written by Opus 4.5. Coding agents love bash and they are good at reproducing it. They are also great at text-book recursive descent parsers and AST tweet-walk interpreters. That said, it is, like, a lot of code and I didn't read it all 😅. This is very much a hack, but it also seems to be _really_ useful. I haven't really found anything agents want to use that it doesn't support and it's fast and secure (caveats apply). It doesn't have write access to your computer and the filesystem is given a root that the agent cannot escape from. The amount of surface area you have with your customers, the amount of time they might spend in your product might be de minimis. So the nature of the moat that you [will need to build] is different." "I think we'll see a lot of companies in the coming years able to live in the software world and have some of the workflows people are accustomed to. And then separately they can deploy these passive agents that kind of function as coworkers who just come back to you when things are done."

AI agents are a real paradigm shift You can literally make your computer work for you to do any task. All I've used is: - Replit to get it running - Browser Use (free & open source) - Google AI Studio for the API - DeepSeek R1 to implement it (I'm not paying $200 for ChatGPT sorry) Here the AI agent fetches information on its own and reuses it to write new content. But you can use it for literally any industry. Run it once or schedule it at regular intervals... you're in total control And it's nothing like automating on Make or Zapier: AI agents adapt to every situation and can handle far more complex scenarios.
