Does it mean Context7 MCP will be deprecated?

wow nice stuff! is there a github for this?

Tried both, most of the time the agent doesn't want to use the skill by itself, it does not happen with the MCP

Very cool, is it open-sourced yet?

Are you guys mad? First mcp, then skills, now cli.... Just for documentation? Every company would release their own skills for documentation of their products soon and mcp servers for APIs of their product. So why are you doing this mess?

Loving the excalidraw presentations

how can I use this with Antigravity?

This is great, will definitely try this out asap 👌🏼

Super cool!

After models becoming strong at web search, web read and most frameworks providing docs in markdown, Context7 seems to be just not that useful even in free version.

This is great news! Have you posted the efficiency to using the CLI vs. your MCP anywhere? Sorry if I missed it.

this is perfect ! I remember watching carefully your youtube tutos now you're giving all of us the best ai tools 👌

Yes

ooooh @adiiHQ

this fixes stale docs, caching and pinning support?

I’m becoming crazy! Claude close cli, Gemini cli, qwen cli, pi cli ecc ecc! What should I use?? Now context7 cli?

context7 cli solves such a real problem. ai models need fresh accurate docs not stale ones. token friendly plus keeping context updated is genius

Test and stats please how it compares vs mcp, anyone tested it?

how to install the Context7 CLI and skill in OpenAI Codex?

most devs are feeding AI docs from 18 months ago and wondering why the output is broken. this is the fix.

@gsd_foundation 👀

I don't see why the cli will use less token has Mcp

Token friendly docs is a bigger unlock than people think. Fresh docs only help if retrieval stays predictable, so the real win is stable chunks, consistent identifiers, and a clean way to cite exactly which version the agent read.

This is a game changer for keeping AI coding sessions accurate. Token-friendly docs means less hallucination and more actual working code. Been waiting for something like this.
