So yes, your service may cost less to produce because you removed human creators, but by not paying humans you also remove your own customers. No customers means falling demand. Let's step out of the hype for a second and talk straight facts. This won't replace people already in the field. Claude uses plugins (MCP) to interact with apps it's not a standalone app. It's an orchestration layer, not magic. Context loss in translation - When Claude pulls data from Slack, formats it, and pushes it to Notion via MCP, it's constantly translating across disjointed systems. The broader strategic context gets lost in transit. You get outputs that technically fulfill the prompt but miss the actual business goal. Error compounding is mathematically inevitable - Even with parallel scout agents and swarm-style approaches, the probability of a "clean" output is bounded by individual error rates. If a single agent has even a ~20% error rate, and you're chaining multi-step workflows, errors compound. As I've shown in my research: no matter how efficiently you prompt, the system is fundamentally flawed without continual learning. Plugin-based workflows are brittle - If a tool updates its API, changes auth protocols, or alters its data structure, the MCP connector breaks. Your "autonomous agent" is paralyzed until a human fixes it. This is the biggest flaw nobody talks about. Read/write access is a real risk. Giving an AI access to your local files or company databases via MCP is dangerous. If the model hallucinates or misunderstands a complex multi-step command, it can confidently overwrite the wrong file or dump garbage into your CRM. And per the math it WILL make errors no matter what you do to the model. These are just a few concerns. There are many more.
