Hi Valentin, it is important for us to give users a choice. You have the option to continue using GoodNotes 5 as usual or pay for a one-time unlock which gives you lifetime access to Goodnotes 6.

Goodnote 6 looks good but the upgrade plan sucks! Totally ridiculous. The 3 different discount plans are not designed to respect the previous paid users. I just purchased it 3 months back, now you want me to pay again? This is totally not acceptable.

To be honest, I'm really disappointed with this upgrade. I mean, I bought Goodnotes 5 and used it since 2021, I think that at least for the people who used it for so much time should be rewarded with the free upgrade to GN6, without any kind of subscription.
