Sunday Thoughts with Beav Bad habits—we all have them. But what we do about them, or don’t do, makes all the difference. Since starting my job in the ER, I’ve picked up a few bad habits that, over time, have really taken a toll on me. I’ve been drinking more, sleeping less, and becoming far less disciplined with my trading. For a long time, I’ve told myself I want to change these habits, yet I continue to let myself fall into the same destructive patterns. Overcoming bad habits requires self-awareness, discipline, patience, and persistence. The first step is recognizing the habit and understanding its triggers—whether they stem from stress, boredom, or routine. For me, being a very habitual person is both a strength and a weakness. It’s the biggest reason I stay stuck in this cycle. That’s why I’m focusing on replacing these bad habits with healthier alternatives and redirecting my energy toward something positive. I often talk in Sunday Thoughts with Beav about the things I want to change, but now it’s time to turn words into action. Talking about change doesn’t create change. It isn’t easy to break patterns we’re accustomed to, but when you categorize your habits and ask yourself, “How is this benefiting me?” and “How is this holding me back?”—the need for change becomes clear. So, this month, I’m putting myself through Bad Habit Bootcamp—a cold-turkey reset to get back on track: •No alcohol •Minimal caffeine (just mushroom coffee) •Intermittent fasting •6-8 hours of sleep •No added sugar or sweets •Only taking great scalp setups •No more than three options swings at a time What habits do you want to change? How can you make those changes? Maybe try it out this month and see the difference for yourself. Let me know what you notice. Let’s have an amazing week! ✌🏼💜🦫 $SPY $QQQ $IWM

"So the easiest thing that I want everyone listening [to do], whether you have one follower or a hundred followers, is to reject inclusive language. Every time media, social media, Hollywood, any of these legacy, left-wing legacy media, when they tell you you can't say something, that is your sign to say that. Whatever they say you can't say, say more of it. Whatever they say you can't bring that up, bring that up more. What you cannot do is to acquiesce. Because once they can control your thoughts, they can control your words and they control your words. They control your habits and your character. And if you're sick of all the things that you're seeing, it starts with you. It starts with your mind. And that's the best advice I can give because that's training your mind to make courage a habit. Reject inclusive language, guard your empathy. And when you do that and you say what they say you can't say or shouldn't say, and you say it anyway, then you've trained your brain to make courage a habit. Once you take that path you will never go back, meaning that if you make courage a habit and you start speaking truth and you start going, I don't care what anybody calls me, call me a racist bigot. It means nothing to me. You might as well say I have like three eyes. It doesn't mean anything to me. If you get to that point, then you'll never go back to self-silencing yourself. If you can overcome that then you're you're on your way to helping make it make a change in this country." Alvin Lui of Courage Is A Habit 💪 🔗

🚨 THEY FOUND A LEGAL WAY TO SPY ON EVERY AMERICAN — AND THE 4TH AMENDMENT CAN'T STOP IT Most Americans believe the government needs a warrant to monitor them, track them, or collect detailed information about their private lives. But unfortunately, they found a loophole. The government may not be allowed to directly collect certain information on Americans, but private companies collect enormous amounts of it every single day through smartphones, apps, websites, search engines, location services, online purchases, and countless other digital tools most people use without a second thought. That means your location history, browsing habits, purchases, interests, movements, and daily routines are already being recorded, stored, and traded by an entire industry that most Americans have never even heard of. The loophole is that while the government may not be allowed to collect certain information directly without a warrant, it can reportedly purchase data that private companies have already collected. The information may be gathered by private companies. The data may be sold by data brokers. And the government may still end up with access to it. For years, there was one major limitation. There was simply too much data. Even if someone wanted to analyze billions of data points across millions of people, it would have required an impossible number of human analysts. Then AI arrived. Suddenly, information that would have taken years to organize can be processed, searched, categorized, connected, and analyzed in a fraction of the time. People are warning that the combination of artificial intelligence and the data broker loophole could fundamentally change what surveillance looks like in America. For the first time in history, technology may finally exist that can sift through enormous amounts of personal information at a scale that was previously impossible. The question isn't whether the data exists. The question is who has access to it. Because once your location, habits, purchases, interests, relationships, and daily routines can all be analyzed by machines, the line between convenience and surveillance starts getting harder to see. The most alarming part? Most Americans have no idea this conversation is even happening. Do you trust the government with more information about your life than your own family knows?

Urban Meyer said, "It's so easy to be average." "Did you push yourself to be great today? If you didn't do it, you lost today. We don't have many days to lose." Excellence isn't the goal, it's the standard. It's the daily standard you set. You achieve excellence when your commitment and perseverance become routine. • It's the will to commit and compete. • It's the standard you set. • It's your daily mindset. How to Win Today with Excellence 1. Be Unrelenting in Your Work Ethic - Create a relentless approach to your work and your goals. Put forth maximum effort and focus in everything you do. It's not just what you do, but how you do. By consistently pushing yourself, you'll continue to improve. This unwavering dedication is crucial in setting you apart and leading you towards success. 2. Commit to Greatness and Your Craft - You have to be committed and dedicated to your craft. It takes focus. This commitment to excellence and continuous learning ensures constant growth and expertise in your craft. Excellence is not the destination, it's the journey. 3. Always Learn and Look to Improve - Always be on the lookout for ways to better yourself, whether it's through learning new skills, seeking feedback, or challenging existing practices. This mindset of growth keeps you adaptable and flexible when you face new challenges. 4. Uphold Daily Consistency and Discipline - Establish and adhere to a regular routine that supports your goals. By practicing discipline in your daily habits, you create a foundation for consistent progress and achievement. This consistency is the bedrock of excellence, transforming ambitious goals into reality. 5. Choose Resilience and Grit - Resilience is a choice. Accept that there will be adversity and by embracing this adversity, you have the opportunity to learn and grow stronger. This power of resilience not only helps you overcome immediate obstacles but also builds your character, essential for long-term success and fulfillment. 6. Build the Vision then Prioritize - Build the vision of what you want, how you're going to get there, and then attack. This is important because it focuses you on what matters. It prioritizes what is important to help you manage your energy and attention every day. You wake up each day knowing the vision, where to concentrate, and how to get there.
