I like the drive but anyone paying for courses in the day of AI is not using it right. I wanted to take the compTIA+ cert test so I asked my AI agent to make me a course that would have me ready in 6 weeks and it did and it took a few minutes (for the first two weeks) but gave me the syllabus for the entire course. I’m a little bit more advanced than the average person using a computer but it doesn’t take a whole lot of knowledge. Just the ability to follow directions to get your own AI agent running.

Can Honen actually understand videos, especially since we have a lot of whiteboard diagrams? Claude and Codex aren't quite there yet with understanding video but can grab transcripts and snap screenshots--- what is Honen built on?

If more and more work gets handed over to AI Agents in the future, why should a company's knowledge still mainly be organized around "teaching people how to do it"? Courses have value, but I think the priority should be building a Knowledge Base that Agents can directly call upon. I'm increasingly convinced that every company needs to restructure once with an AI Native mindset. Get business knowledge, workflows, decision criteria, permissions, and acceptance standards all sorted out clearly, so Agents can take over execution. People's focus then shifts to proposing ideas, setting goals, handling exceptions, and verifying results. Issues discovered during execution and validated experiences get written back into the knowledge base, allowing the company's capabilities to accumulate continuously, rather than reteaching everything from scratch with every new hire.
