No sitting president can treat former Heads of State as disposable without shattering public and institutional confidence. Last night’s events reveal a dangerous breakdown in command and control… Last night, after jointly demanding the restoration of press freedom and constitutional order in the #Maldives, former Presidents Mohamed Nasheed, Abdulla Yameen, and Ibrahim Mohamed Solih — two of whom survived assassination attempts — emerged into total chaos with zero crowd management by police. Forced into a volatile protest confronting Special Operations forces, repeated urgent pleas from their MNDF security details for safe passage to vehicles were ignored. Police pushed the former presidents and their teams roughly with shields through the crowd, reportedly causing minor injury to one. This reckless endangerment of former Heads of State is a grave constitutional violation that cannot go unanswered. Placing leaders who have already survived assassinations in such foreseeable danger is unforgivable. President Dr Mohamed Muizzu bears direct responsibility, driven by incompetence, ego, and abuse of power. Reappointing disgraced officer Ahmed Mohamed (“Two Four”) as Police Commissioner, despite prior graft allegations, exemplifies this failure. Bootlicker Minister Ali Ihusaan Minister of Homeland Security, Labour & Technology who ignores the law in blind loyalty, along with the on-ground commander and Commissioner Ahmed Mohamed, must face immediate accountability. An independent investigation is non-negotiable. This assault on democracy will not stand. A senior staff from MaldivianAero told me that the losses incurred due to A330 operations are significant. Aircraft utilization is around 30% and the China charter operation has not been successful. It is forecast that by the end of 2025, the losses will reach Rf 250 million. While the first A330 has not been able to operate profitably, the company is still moving forward with plans to bring in a second A330. Muizzu previously stated that operations of the second A330 would begin in October 2025,however, this did not happen and it is now expected that the second A330 will arrive in mid-2026. Muizzu has also promised to bring in three A330 aircraft in total. However, MaldivianAero entire management is against this move, as the company does not have the capacity to operate wide-body aircraft. Despite this, Mohamed Ameen wants to fulfill Dr Mohamed Muizzu pledge to bring in the A330s. The losses are not only borne by the company but also by the public, since MaldivianAero is a state-owned enterprise. There are concerns that someone may be receiving commissions related to the A330 aircraft, given that the leasing cost is USD 350,000 per month per aircraft. If this is not the case, it is unclear why Minister Ameen would continue to bring in A330s while facing such significant losses Moosa Zameer Thoriq Ibrahim Mohamed Saeed Ahmed Nazim Minister of Homeland Security & Technology Aishath Jennifer Ahmed Shamheed Ibrahim Ameer 🇵🇸 Fayyaz Ismail Naif Mohamed Firaq

CSIS flags Iranian student, Carleton awards scholarship Carleton University is currently under fire after classified documents obtained by Global News revealed that Canadian intelligence agencies identified an Iranian PhD student as a national security threat while he was studying aerospace engineering at the Ottawa institution. According to reporting by Global News, the student, 41-year-old Iranian national Mohammadreza Pakatchian, has been employed since 2009 by MAPNA, a company in occupied Iran that has long been sanctioned over its role in weapons of mass destruction-related activities. Intelligence assessments by both the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) and the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) reportedly warn that the advanced knowledge he is acquiring in Canada could directly contribute to the Islamic Republic's missile and weapons programs. Pakatchian earned his master's degree at an Iranian university associated with research into uranium enrichment, nuclear implosion, and missile guidance systems. He also listed Professor Mahmoud Mani, whose work focuses on missile aerodynamics, rocket engines, and ballistic missiles, as a reference in his application. Despite these concerns, Carleton accepted Pakatchian into its PhD program in aerospace and mechanical engineering in 2022 and awarded him an $8,000 scholarship to help cover foreign student fees. He began studying in 2023 and has since co-authored research with Carleton faculty and researchers connected to Canada's National Research Council. In documents submitted as part of his immigration application, Pakatchian stated that after completing his studies he intended to return to Iran and use the knowledge gained at Carleton to improve his current profession. According to intelligence assessments cited by Global News, that profession is with MAPNA. One internal assessment warned that allowing Pakatchian to continue his studies would likely result in Canadian expertise being transferred to advance Iran's weapons of mass destruction programs. CBSA also raised the alarm about intangible technology transfer, where advanced knowledge rather than physical materials is brought back to an adversarial regime. I reached out to Carleton University with a detailed list of questions regarding its admissions process, security screening, and safeguards surrounding sensitive research. At the time of publication, the university had not responded. This case raises serious questions about Canada's national security screening, oversight of taxpayer-funded scholarships, and coordination between universities, immigration officials, and intelligence agencies. Canadians deserve answers as to how an employee of a sanctioned, WMD-linked company was admitted into a leading Canadian engineering program despite intelligence agencies' warning that he represented a danger to Canada's security. But with more than 700 IRGC agents still believed to be operating in Canada, and only one reportedly deported since the organization's designation in 2024, is it really surprising? Andy Burnham used his first speech at the UN to unveil the creation of a new ‘National Centre for Information Defence’ — aka Labour’s ‘Ministry of Truth’. The Prime Minister said that it was intended to protect us from information warfare by Russia. But he quickly added that he hoped it would preserve community cohesion and counter narratives about British decline that are contributing to social unrest. Burnham has made it blatantly obvious what this new government body is really about: tackling dissenting voices, those who wish to speak about mainstream issues affecting the country — such as the scale of mass uncontrolled immigration — and those who criticise the Government’s handling of the situation. The Chair of the Foreign Affairs Select Committee and veteran Labour MP, Emily Thornberry, praised the move as ‘long overdue’. But what she neglected to mention is that at least nine other similar Orwellian agencies are already operating in Whitehall, with at least half focusing on monitoring and flagging those who post critical or counter-narrative content on social media. This new centre is just the latest tool added to Labour’s ever-expanding ecosystem of censorship and domestic surveillance. The General Secretary of the Free Speech Union, Lord Young, has said that the Government is acting like a colonial power, regarding Britons as the occupants of a foreign country who need to be monitored to nip any potential rebellions in the bud. We already know that more than 62,000 people have been arrested for speech-related offences over the past five years. That’s an average of 34 people a day. If you are worried that one of these Orwellian agencies in Whitehall might come after you for something you have said online, join the Free Speech Union. The level of censorship in Britain today is far worse than we could ever have imagined. Watch Lord Young and join the FSU today 👇

💥REPORT: New Access to information links Canada's extortion problem to the Indian Government, but the Federal Government keeps flooding the country with immigrants from the region. A damning classified Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) national security assessment, leaked under Canada’s Access to Information Act, has blown the lid off allegations that the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi gang is operating as a direct proxy for the Indian government, targeting pro-Khalistan dissidents and fueling violence on Canadian soil. This revelation comes as no surprise to critics who have long accused Prime Minister Mark Carney’s administration of burying these threats to appease economic ties with India, all while unchecked Indian immigration turns vibrant Canadian communities into overcrowded, crime-ridden dumping grounds. The explosive three-page “Protected A” document doesn’t mince words, stating at least six times that the Bishnoi Crime Group— a ruthless transnational syndicate— collaborates with Indian state agents to orchestrate hits, extortion rackets, and intimidation campaigns. Despite Lawrence Bishnoi’s incarceration in India’s Sabarmati Jail since 2015, the RCMP alleges he commands a sprawling network of around 700 operatives worldwide through henchmen like Goldy Brar (Satinderjeet Singh). The report directly ties the gang to the brazen 2023 assassinations of Hardeep Singh Nijjar in British Columbia and Sukhdool Singh in Manitoba, both labelled as terrorists by India but seen as legitimate activists by many in Canada’s Sikh diaspora. This isn’t new; back in October 2024, the RCMP publicly fingered Indian agents for outsourcing dirty work to organized crime outfits like the Bishnoi network. By September 2025, Canada slapped a terrorist designation on the gang under the Criminal Code, theoretically empowering asset freezes and crackdowns. Yet, enforcement has been laughably weak, with the gang’s activities—extortion, money laundering, drug trafficking, and contract killings—continuing to plague South Asian communities in Canada. India, predictably, dismisses these claims as “preposterous” and “absurd,” chalking them up to Canadian political gamesmanship. But the RCMP’s intel paints a clear picture of state-sponsored thuggery, one that the Carney government seems eager to ignore as it chases trade deals. Government Deception and the Immigration Catastrophe The Carney administration’s rush to “normalize” relations with India—evident in British Columbia Premier David Eby’s January 12, 2026, trade mission and Carney’s upcoming visit—reeks of hypocrisy. Pro-Sikh groups are rightly furious, slamming the government for downplaying verifiable security risks in favour of economic pandering. But the real scandal is how Ottawa’s lies about “managed” immigration have allowed a flood of Indian nationals to overwhelm the system, exacerbating crime, straining resources, and degrading Canada’s quality of life. Recent data exposes the mess: Over 1.05 million work permits expired by the end of 2025, with another 927,000 set to lapse in 2026, potentially leaving up to two million undocumented, half from India. Critics argue this isn’t accidental; it’s the fallout from lax policies that prioritized quantity over quality, importing low-skilled workers who exploit loopholes like fraudulent Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs) and bogus student visas. Rejection rates for Indian study permits hit a staggering 74% in August 2025, driven by rampant fraud, yet thousands still slip through, contributing to housing shortages, healthcare breakdowns, and a surge in gang-related violence. Public outrage is boiling over on social media and beyond, with Canadians decrying how mass Indian immigration has led to skyrocketing scams, road fatalities from unqualified truck drivers, public defecation, garbage-strewn waterways, and a spike in violent crimes like sexual assaults and robberies. “Canada is turning into India 2.0,” one frustrated resident vented, highlighting how newcomers dump idols and trash in lakes, clog food banks, and send remittances home while leeching off welfare. These aren’t isolated gripes; they’re symptoms of a failed policy that has eroded the social fabric, with Indians now comprising 7% of the population and showing little interest in assimilation. Experts warn that without immediate halts to Indian immigration and mass deportations of expired visa holders, Canada risks becoming a “third-world slum.” The government’s new 2026 rules—exempting advanced degree students from attestation letters while banning “Canadian experience required” in job postings—are too little, too late, disproportionately shielding Indian applicants amid fraud scandals. Deportations remain paltry; Canada’s border agency claims 2,831 Indians removed in 2025, but India’s records show only 188, exposing yet more bureaucratic deceit. A Call for Action: Halt Immigration and Deport Now The Bishnoi revelations underscore a broader betrayal: Carney’s government is lying to Canadians, minimizing foreign interference and immigration fallout to chase GDP boosts from cheap labour. But the costs—economic stagnation, cultural erosion, and safety threats—are mounting. Advocacy groups demand an immediate moratorium on Indian immigration and swift deportations for those with expired visas, arguing it’s the only way to reclaim Canada’s sovereignty and prevent further descent into chaos. As one analyst put it, “We’re importing the worst from India, and it’s pulling us down.” The time for neutrality is over; Canada must act before it’s unrecognizable.

Now that South Africa, through President Cyril Ramaphosa, chairs SADC, there are no longer any excuses for pretending that South Africa’s immigration crisis begins and ends at the Limpopo border. South Africa cannot sustainably resolve regional migration through police raids, deportations and empty speeches about undocumented foreigners. It must confront the conditions forcing people to leave countries such as Zimbabwe and Mozambique. These root causes are known; they are disputed elections, repression, corruption, unemployment, economic collapse and poor governance. SADC already has the necessary instruments. The SADC Treaty requires member states to uphold human rights, democracy and the rule of law. Its election guidelines require political tolerance, freedom of expression and association, impartial electoral institutions, equal access to state media and genuinely open political competition. The Protocol on Politics, Defence and Security Cooperation requires SADC to promote democratic institutions, good governance and regional stability. Zimbabwe’s own 2023 SADC Election Observation Mission found that aspects of the election fell short of Zimbabwean law and the SADC election guidelines. It identified restrictions on political participation, the partisan conduct of state media, restrictions on freedom of assembly and expression, problems involving the voters’ roll and serious failures in the delivery of ballot papers. Nothing had been done three years in to fix these problems. In Mozambique, SADC called for electoral management bodies to be professionalised and reconstituted on a non-partisan basis. It also called for electoral reforms to be enacted well before elections rather than being introduced close to polling day. President Ramaphosa should now place the implementation of these recommendations formally before the SADC Summit. He is now the SADC chairman and has no reason for excuses not to do it. His chairmanship should demand time-bound reform programmes, publish reports showing which governments have complied, strengthen post-election reviews and stop SADC observer reports from becoming ceremonial documents that are forgotten as soon as incumbents are inaugurated. Most importantly, Article 33 of the SADC Treaty permits sanctions against a member state that persistently fails to fulfil its treaty obligations or implements policies undermining SADC’s principles and objectives. Ramaphosa cannot impose those sanctions by himself, because the Summit acts collectively and generally by consensus, but he can force the issue onto its agenda and require every regional leader to state publicly whether they support or oppose enforcement. He has a choice to be like Nelson Mandela, or Julius Nyerere or Ian Khama who called a spade a spade. South Africa can also push for coordinated regional migration and labour policies, better border administration and the implementation of SADC agreements governing employment and the lawful movement of people. But managed migration cannot substitute for democratic government and functioning economies. If President Ramaphosa wants fewer Zimbabweans and Mozambicans crossing into South Africa out of desperation illegally, he must use South Africa’s diplomatic and economic influence to insist that their governments respect elections, constitutionalism, human rights and the rule of law. Immigration is not merely a border-management problem. It is also the bill South Africa receives for tolerating failed governance next door. Seventy percent giving birth in Musina are from Zimbabwe according to the South Africa government. It gives South Africa not only the SADC but the moral authority to call for a roundtable. Nelson Mandela understood this, he used South Africa’s mighty and SADC protocols to fix problems. President Ramaphosa now chairs SADC. He has the instruments, the regional platform and the economic leverage. What remains to be seen is whether he has the political courage and will to use them. Many opposition leaders, past and present, across Southern Africa have accused South African leaders, particularly those within the ANC, of accepting bribes from delinquent governments in the region and using South Africa’s economic and diplomatic might to shield those governments from scrutiny and accountability. South Africa’s chairmanship of SADC now presents ANC leaders with an opportunity to prove that they can uphold the organisation’s own democratic principles, perform their regional responsibilities and put South Africa’s national interests first. They must demonstrate that South Africa will no longer be used by corrupt and delinquent regional leaders seeking protection from accountability. Protecting governments that rig elections, suppress political opposition, loot public resources, butcher constitutions and destroy their economies does not merely harm the citizens of those countries; it ultimately harms South Africa itself. The consequences manifest in economic instability, regional insecurity and massive illegal immigration into South Africa. President Cyril Ramaphosa and the ANC can no longer complain about the symptoms of illegal immigration while protecting, tolerating or refusing to confront the governments creating its root causes. South Africa now chairs SADC. It has the diplomatic platform, economic influence and regional instruments required to demand reform. The question is whether its leaders have the political courage, and the clean hands to use them. South Africa is now in charge. Let us wait and see whether it will be just a paper tiger or a real regional power that exercises the SADC powers it now holds. Power without responsibility is simply bad and terrible leadership without any moral fibre.

Is Ethiopia a UAE Colony? Former Ethiopian Diplomat Says Abu Dhabi Controls Addis Ababa and Uses Ethiopian Territory to Supply the Rapid Support Militia Former Ethiopian diplomat Mohamed Hassan has described Ethiopia as a de facto colony of the United Arab Emirates, alleging that Abu Dhabi has captured the country’s political decision-making through financial influence, gold smuggling and proxy warfare. “In fact, the United Arab Emirates is the decision-maker in Addis Ababa,” Hassan said in an exclusive interview with Sovereign Media’s Ahmed Kaballo. The veteran Marxist thinker argued that the UAE has used its vast financial resources to buy the loyalty of Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, turning him into what Hassan called a “puppet” who advances Emirati interests across the region. Hassan said this relationship serves two principal Emirati strategies. The first centres on extracting Sudan’s resources and expanding Abu Dhabi’s control over strategic ports, a policy he described as “port imperialism”. According to Hassan, the UAE oversees large-scale operations to smuggle gold from Sudan’s extensive reserves, routing the stolen wealth through states under its influence, including Ethiopia and Chad, before it reaches Abu Dhabi. The second strategy, he said, involves using Ethiopian territory to sustain the war against Sudan. Hassan alleged that Abiy Ahmed’s government trains fighters from the UAE-backed Rapid Support Militia inside Ethiopia and facilitates the movement of weapons and mercenaries across the border to support the militia’s war against Sudan and its people. Hassan’s allegations come amid growing evidence of Ethiopian involvement in supporting the militia. In February 2026, Reuters revealed a covert training camp in Ethiopia’s Benishangul-Gumuz region, about 32 kilometres from the Sudanese border. An Ethiopian security document reviewed by the agency said 4,300 fighters were training there and receiving logistical and military supplies from the UAE, while a diplomatic cable put the camp’s capacity at up to 10,000. Eight sources said Abu Dhabi financed the facility and provided trainers and logistical support, although Reuters could not independently verify the Emirati financing. In April, Middle East Eye reported that satellite imagery showed an Ethiopian army base in Asosa connected to UAE supply lines and facilitating support for the militia. Yale University’s Humanitarian Research Lab subsequently documented continued activity consistent with military assistance at the base. Its latest alert, published on 28 August 2026, identified about 100 newly arrived light technical vehicles, 15 vehicles consistent with armoured personnel carriers, cargo containers and transport trucks. Yale assessed that the assembled vehicles could transport between 750 and 1,000 personnel and warned that the buildup increased the threat of a significant and imminent militia attack on Ad-Damazin, the capital of Sudan’s Blue Nile State. Sudan has also accused Ethiopia of allowing long-range drones to operate from its territory. In May, the Sudanese Armed Forces said evidence recovered from a downed drone linked attacks on Khartoum and other Sudanese cities to Ethiopia’s Bahir Dar airport and the UAE. Reuters could not independently verify the allegation. Ethiopia dismissed it as baseless, while the UAE has denied supporting the militia or participating in Sudan’s war. Hassan linked this foreign domination to Ethiopia’s deepening domestic crisis, arguing that Abiy Ahmed is steadily losing control of the country. “Of course, Abiy Ahmed is losing most parts of the country. The whole northern Ethiopia is out of his hand. Probably he might even collapse very soon,” Hassan told Kaballo. He also blamed Abiy Ahmed, along with previous governments, for the systematic deterioration of Ethiopia’s state institutions and education system. Hassan cited a World Bank report which, he said, places Ethiopia’s human capital among the worst in Africa. He also referred to figures he attributed to Ethiopia’s Ministry of Education indicating that 42 per cent of graduates are unable to find employment. Hassan’s remarks present a stark Ethiopian critique of Abu Dhabi’s growing regional power. His account describes an arrangement built on financial capture, resource extraction, strategic ports and the use of Ethiopian territory to channel weapons and mercenaries to the Rapid Support Militia, leaving the Sudanese and Ethiopian people to bear the consequences. #Sudan #RSFisTerroristOrganization #UAEKillsSudanesePeople #UAESponsorsTerrorism

Two Chinese nationalist one on a student visa the other here illegally scam over 140k in a elaborate gift card scam. Here is the unbelievable story of Caoyuan Liu (22) and Linghan Chen (26), the duo from Flushing, NY, who terrorized Florida grocery stores before it all came crashing down in a chaotic federal raid. Liu and Chen didn’t shoplift items—they stole data. Their highly organized operation relied on a stealthy, multi-step manipulation process that targeted unsuspecting holiday shoppers: They swept into major grocery stores, cleared out entire gift card racks, and took the unactivated cards back to their luxury Airbnb in Jensen Beach, FL. Using precise tools, they carefully cut open the packaging, recorded the serial numbers, and scratched off the security coatings to document the secret PINs. They meticulously resealed the packaging so the cards looked entirely brand new on the shelves. They snuck the compromised cards back onto the store displays. When an everyday customer would purchase and have funds loaded on to a then activated card. Monitoring the cards online, Liu and Chen would instantly drain the balances to zero the second they were activated—buying high-end electronics like Apple products before the victim even left the store parking lot. The operation targeted at least 42 different grocery stores across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie counties, tampering with around 2,000 cards for an estimated theft of at least $140,000. Despite the digital nature of their crimes, they couldn't resist showing off their wealth. Security cameras captured the duo fleeing multiple crime scenes in a luxury black Bentley SUV with New York plates. When Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the Martin County Sheriff’s Office raided their Airbnb, chaos ensued. The suspects frantically tried to destroy evidence, with agents later recovering piles of tampered gift cards the couple had desperately tried to flush down the toilet. A later search of the Bentley revealed even more hidden card stashes. When the dust settled, the case took a massive turn involving international borders and immigration status, highlighting how these global rings operate: Linghan Chen (The Fugitive): Chen was in the U.S. on an active student F-1 visa. Exploiting a small window before strict federal travel restrictions and border alerts were locked down after the initial raids, she managed to board a flight and flee back to China. Because China does not have an extradition treaty with the United States, she remains a protected fugitive from federal justice. Isn't it great we allowed her here on that visa? 🤦 Caoyuan Liu (The Left Behind): Liu was in the country illegally and lacked the immediate means to escape. Left behind to face the full weight of the federal government, he pleaded guilty in a Fort Pierce federal court to conspiracy to possess 15 or more counterfeit or unauthorized access devices. He faces up to 5 years in federal prison, after which he will be transferred to ICE custody for formal deportation proceedings. This case has become a primary example for Florida law enforcement and federal prosecutors vowing to dismantle mobile, international fraud rings using local rentals as base camps. Yet another example of people that are not supposed to be here placing extra burden and loss on American citizens.
