Still waiting for my refunds. Docusign double charged me and customer support refuses to fix their error. I was a lifelong customer, and am extremely disappointed.

I finally was able to sign up for Docusign IAM….After about 1 week…. And now they want me to wait 5+ business days to turn it on. This company is about to collapse.

We should refuse to sign a Docusign invitations. I signed one and it seems that lots of people are getting in trouble trying to validate the date and purpose their signature had been used by the account owner. Docusign do not give access to all verification tools to signers.

You have been hacked. Got 4 Docusign emails and two ShareFile emails all with an attachment of same name. All deleted and Docusign blocked
