I can't figure out the economics of a free tier. I'd love to, but I struggle with it

It goes like this. Github is run by a multi billion dollar company so free runners is a small giveaway. Then Opencode zen compute is free with a catch that those inference providers can ingest your usage data. Finally our sandboxing setup is smart in that sandboxes only run while HITL is active or agents are working. They spin up back again in milliseconds afterwards so very little waste on compute.

Yes I guess I just need to try it - - the apparent "incalculability" of cloud costs always deterred me. I need to set a budget and push things out that I got stuck on. Thank you
