Whoop, please explain to me why I've been charged for a Whoop 5.0 MG on a Life subscription. Your strange answer of saying I didn't upgrade via the upgrade flow and upgraded from an email doesn't make any sense. Why should the way I upgraded matter. I upgraded to the Life sub.

Ordered a brown strap, then it showed as a black leather strap in the confirmation. Not the only one this has happened to, the answer from support is to return and exchange. Delivery times were lies, promise of not having to pay for new hardware was a lie.. won't stick with this
