Introducing MagicPath 2.0. MagicPath is now a multiplayer canvas for humans and agents like Codex or Claude Code to design and build with AI. Use your codebase, grab data from anywhere, and see the agents work in real time as a team while building fully functional prototypes.

We also completely rebuilt our native agentic system. @MagicPathAI now operates as a team of designers. Make one request and a whole team gets to work, creating multiple screens or variations of an idea, all at the same time. We also added doc upload and free web search.

Working with external agents like Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor lets you use your local files, local or online repositories, and any MCP. For instance, you can take a task from Linear and build the designs in MagicPath. Using external agents does NOT consume MagicPath credits.

Or hand it your local folder, documents, images, notes, a brief. Ask the agent to turn it into a landing page in your open MagicPath project. Shareable right away!

Working with external agents is super easy, we built a skill. Just open your favorite agent (Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) and paste this: "Install npx skills add --skill magicpath" Or just use the npx command directly for more control.

Design and engineering finally round-trip. Push any MagicPath design into your repo through Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor. Pull a component from your repo back into MagicPath the same way for edits and variations. No more handoff. Just design ↔ code.

Because we built MagicPath to be fully agentic and in the cloud, you can access any project and design from anywhere. If you use OpenClaw on your phone, ask for the latest design you made, or generate a new one, without ever opening the app.

MagicPath is real-time multiplayer. Humans and agents all access the same canvas, and it becomes the shared context for your team. Every person and every agent has a real-time presence on the canvas, so you can see who is working on what as it happens.

Everything you make in MagicPath is a real, interactive prototype, not a static file. Real code, running in the browser, shareable with a link. Your design is not just how it looks but also how it works, all your intent is there when working with agents.

We believe in a future where work is less about doing the thing, and more about supervising it. We've been using MagicPath internally for months. Everything you see here was built in it. It's been the perfect glimpse into the future of work.

We also reworked our plans. No features are gated anymore, meaning anyone can get access to external agents, code export, and other features like design systems and custom fonts. f you had a creator plan we automatically upgraded you to pro at no extra cost!

Oh, and our macOS app is now in beta. It's beautiful!

We can't wait to see what you create! This was a monumental effort from the MagicPath team, who I am extremely grateful to. @JackBeoris @chloepark @theesabina @just_kaz @lukas_margerie and many others!

You had my curiosity, but now you have my attention.

ahahaha

Insane! I asked Claude Code to build a team of agents to port the entire product I'm working on to MagicPath, and now I finally have my whole app design. I can iterate, I can share with stakeholders, I can create new features and new variants. Kudos to the @MagicPathAI team.

It's finally out!! Congrats @skirano for making something truly magical with @MagicPathAI

@MagicPathAI Thank you for being an early tester and believer! :)

@MagicPathAI It was an easy decision 😉 Congrats, buddy

This is 🔥 my boi delivers!!!!

Looks awesome. Now I need it to work with Xcode and Simulator.

Can’t wait to see what you make!

As a subscriber, this is sick. Can’t wait to give it a spin.

Excited! Insane product!

so dope, man! been building something similar on the side super inspiring!

Thank you! Big coming from you :)

@contra Can I drink coffee and watch how agents are working and tell them to make a logo bigger type of stuff?

Trying it now!

Great progress, congrats

Thank you!

Hey, this is amazing?!

Thank you!

Huge update

Yoo-hoo! Congrats on the launch, looks incredible 💚

@contra Sheeeesh let’s go

Great work dude.

Nice, looks promising! Doing what I think Figma is too scared to do.

When I first shared this idea with the team, the way I introduced it was actually: "What product would we build if we weren't afraid?" :)

Love that. I remember when multiplayer design was the scary new thing. I’m testing it out and wish there was an import from Github feature (or maybe I’m just missing it).

humongous W

hahah

Time to try magicpath again :)

Wow, these are some crazy updates!!! Congrats!🎉

This is an insane workflow. I have MagicPath open inside Codex’s internal browser, and it’s creating components directly from my codebase. I’m in awe. 🚀

The multiplayer human+agent canvas feels like the right direction. The next leap is not just agents doing tasks; it’s making their work visible enough that humans can steer, interrupt, and trust the path, not just inspect the rubble afterward.

Insane

Where’ve you been @skirano and what else have you cooked up this year?

Love that this considers agent interoperability, meets us where we work now 🤗

Multiplayer canvas where humans and agents build together in real time is a genuinely new interaction model. Watching agents work alongside you instead of just handing you output changes the whole dynamic.

@skirano cooking with gas 🫡

Multi magic mode 🙌 great path to the future

It's soooo good

let’s gooooooo @theesabina 🤩

let's goo🚀🚀

this is the direction I wanted someone to take agentic coding. real-time multi-agent collaboration on the same canvas is genuinely different from the solo assistant model. curious how context handoff between Codex and Claude works when they're on the same codebase

Congrats, also for the street fighter N64 music :)

Multiplayer canvas is a smart direction. The hard part is conflict resolution when two agents edit the same plan at once.

siiickkkk

Real-time canvas with AI agents is so much better than typing prompts in a chat window. This looks like the right direction for building software.
