I feel like this should be in WhatsApp. Would be such an easy gateway to get people using and collaborating with agents. Imagine being able to add passive agents to conversations that summarise and act on messages received in group chats. School groups, sports groups - you ask the agent to add events into your calendar and remind you of any important messages you need to take action on.

this is probably going straight into my list of things to test! i’ve already been using ChatGPT Work & Claude Cowork for more agentic tasks, so i’m interested to see where muse feels different in practice. i’ll probably start with the boring business & admin stuff first, emails, scheduling, research, follow-ups, all the things i’d rather not keep switching between apps for.
