If your agents are just personal helpers, you are still the bottleneck. We just introduced Workspaces: a new way for agents and humans to work together with shared skills and memories. Agents need the freedom to operate like real members of your team, invoking other agents and humans to get work done. Many agents + many humans in one shared workspace.

Oregon State's Scott Rueck with QUITE an opening statement postgame: "Fearless, courageous, together, everything that is right is this team. In our sport, where it seems like controversy is the flavor all the time for some reason and we all have to have something to whine about, this team just keeps it simple and does everything right. Y'all are probably bored with it. Shame on you, that's what I'd say. Everybody needs to get to know this team, everybody needs to watch this team, and everybody needs to be like this team. The world would be better if everyone focused on this instead of a lot of the other things. I couldn't be more proud of a group, more happy to be a part of them, and more grateful."

Since you elected us in 2022, I am proud of the work we have done –together. If you are proud of the development you are seeing around Osun, and believe we can do more — share this message. Encourage someone to get their Voter’s Card, be ready to vote for ACCORD and be ready to defend your vote. #Imole2.0 #ForAGreaterOsun #ImoleTill203

We created a Minecraft animated video for #MinecraftLive with Mojang! We pitched "Minecraft but with Swedish death metal" mostly as a joke - we thought it'd be hilarious and that there'd be no way they'd go for it …and now this exists 🎸🤘 We had a great time making this and we got to work with some super funny and talented people. Our team is made up of some incredible amazing artists & animators, the music alone was created by 3 incredible musicians. Every person who worked on this got to add their touch and it shows - the video turned out amazing and you guys have been showing it lots of love. Thank you! ❤️ Very proud of the team! Full video on YouTube:

Luca Ferrari’s Dream Team style of management: Great teams should have as few rules as possible. "If you have a mediocre talent then the appeal of process and procedures becomes greater because you need to guide them more. You can't count on people to problem solve autonomously.” “You can't count on them coming to work with fire in their belly.” “If you are lucky enough to have a very strong team, then you want to have as few rules as possible. You want give people massive leeway to express and develop their talent.”’ “This makes them feel trusted and they will bring the best of themselves to work.” “It's similar with sports. If you were coaching the Team USA Dream Team with Jordan and Barkley, you would do it a certain way that would be different than the way you would optimally coach a team of modest talents.” “It's a lot easier to win with Jordan.” “You're not gonna tell your more modest talents, 'Okay, go and figure it out.' You will try to give them a system that's a lot more guiding. So we try to approximate as much as possible to be like the Dream Team."

Thank you, Mayor Bill de Blasio for your moving words about our administration. Our team was successful because of the strong work you began during COVID-19 and the promises we made to get us out of those dark days of the pandemic. You and I knew New York City would be back and stronger than ever.
