Bhai Jeewan me kch bhi lelo Ola kabhi mat Lena, inke har ek service centre ka yhi haal hai. I'm their very first customer jb company launch hui thi tb purchase kiya tha but post sales service of Ola is pathetic. Inki glitches poor quality has been headache. #OlaElectric

First improve your ola electric service, then talk about other products.

I've wasted my 1.1 lakh & lost my mental peace If you also want the same then go for it Submitted to sc for motor damage now battery also dead & body damaged & they refused to repair although it is under warranty. I've also left in sc & arranging 1L petrol to convert it to ICE

Stop scamming people with such pathetic after-sales service. Customers are being forced to wait for 2–3 months just to get their scooters repaired. My scooter has been stuck in service for over 2 months now, and there is still no update from your side #olascam ticket number

Since last 3 Month my scooter is in service station Nobody is replying or telling when get repaired…Pathetic situation in service station no incharge is their. They will replay only 2 words 6 to 12 Months time for repair. If u want to repair keep here or else buy another ..

It’s been 8 months and still no response from this company about the parts arrival. Sometimes I wonder if they’re really importing parts or just waiting for customers to give up. Maybe they believe a middle-class person can’t do anything about it — and sadly, that’s what it is.

ticket 09559401 ola ka charger complaint kiye 2 month ho gaya abhi tak sahi nahi hua service centre wale bolta had office baat kro customer care per boltey process pe hai ola se request hai ye batade ek charger repair ka kitne year ka process hota hai

Why don't you introduce Ola care ....a proper customer care where customers voice heard.

there is no point in introducing 1 product after another without perfecting the previously introduced ones. first resolve quality issues of your scooters, bikes, battery. resolve customer issues before launching new products.

I have visited there but workshop was closed. No one can repairing and not available parts. #olaCareplus not working towards Day ( company remove the scheme). Those who purchased initial or some time ago , their money had worst. How could they decision. We fools or what .
