I opened DTS(dual transaction service) so I can have credit function on my naira debit card in 2020 I tried using the service at a POS, atm etc it didnt work, when I noticed the amount I had to pay every month had accumulated to a large sum I went to the bank to end the service

It is so shameful and painful that access bank should debit my account without my consent. It is absurd too that access bank would forceful add me to what they call coronation householder insurance without my consent. Reverse that transaction else I will sue the bank

Access Bank please reply to my email I have sent several emails to your bank for account update no reply. I have 3 accounts with your bank the way your customer representative speaks to me on the phone is very annoying
