Oh goodie I can watch my bag sit at the wrong airport while the agents tell me they are looking for it still, all the while getting denied any compensation for @AirCanada

nice improvement, but I suspect my AirTags will still give me better info about where my bags are exactly.

My airtags do that and they still got lost. Got to Amsterdam and found out that the suitcase which made it from terminal 3 to terminal 1 (airtags confirmed) was, according to AC, never scanned in YYZ. You have to actually SCAN the tags in order for the bags to be tracked.

Could you pass this technology along to @canadapostcorp ? I'm tired of my packages going from Dieppe to Doorstep without any idea how far along they are.

It’s all very well and probably a good idea and well overdue for implementation, but today is 27th Day since AC lost and has no clue about my checked bag on a YYZ/ DFW flight , a bag with gifts for my grandson etc. All forms filled and details supplied and still no clue . Sad

Air Canada Website down. So much for marketing online. The first thing you guys should do is spend money on reliable IT systems. Disappointing, but not surprising from Air Canada.
