Awww the stray cat that’s always outside my apartment looks just like menace and he’s the friendliest kitty I ever met. I named him Peep cause he like staring inside my windows.
If he's a former feral that might explain his quick willingness to accept the kitten. They often co-parent and community parent litters. He's definitely smitten.
Kittens crying for their mother's.. finding another cat to sate how much they miss mum.. Reminds one of how much a child misses their mother after being left at kindergarten.. or orphaned from some unfortunate event. Kinda sad.
