@HSC_NI @cathyharrison00 My GP practice has had one for a while. I never knew until I had a bit of a reaction to medication, saved the doctors time as the pharmacist dealt with me, I was very happy with the service.

@HSC_NI @cathyharrison00 It’s been so successful that rather than taking 72hrs to get a repeat perscription, Ive now waited a week to find out they got my request just never got it signed and sent to my chemist. NowI’ve ended up with no medication. This is not the first time it’s happened either 🙈🤷🏻‍♀️ xx

@HSC_NI @cathyharrison00 Our 'arms-length' GP service is getting worse with difficulty getting through during the morning allocated time and then ringing back after lunch to hear the automated message that due to staff illness they are only accepting emergency calls! No wonder A&E are so busy!
