Today I am having to share one of the hardest messages of my career. After twelve years of building and nurturing Three Fields Entertainment, I am forced into the situation of today placing our entire team on notice of redundancy. Since the launch of *Wreckreation*, our small studio has worked incredibly hard — with heart and dedication — to update the game, listen to our community, and deliver the fixes and features players asked for. I could not be prouder of the people I’ve worked alongside or the passion they’ve poured into this project. But the reality we now face is stark. As an independent studio, we will not see revenue from game sales for the foreseeable future. We have had to self-fund most of this year and all of the post launch content. Without the enthusiasm or financial support from our publisher to continue development, we simply cannot sustain the studio in its current form. Making this decision has been unbelievably painful. This is a heartbreaking moment for all of us. What makes it even harder is that we have so many things in the pipeline — multiple features, updates, and creative ideas that we were excited to bring to the game, many of which are showcased in the video we’re sharing today. These are things we genuinely believed would have continued to strengthen Wreckreation and grow its community. My hope is that by showing this work publicly, someone out there might also see that potential and perhaps an opportunity could still emerge. But even if that hope does not materialise, we want this to stand as a testament to our vision and to the strength, passion, and skill of our tiny team. My goal in this budget process has always been to make sure we’re funding core, basic services in a balanced and disciplined manner. We know there is an inherent tension between asking people to pay rates, fees and taxes— and the issue of affordability. We want to make sure our city can provide the quality-of-life services that our residents deserve, but we also want to make sure we’re putting affordability first in our community. While I worry a lot about affordability, I also worry about the ability of our city to deliver quality services without more revenue. I strongly believe that if we're not making the kinds of investments we need to make in our people and our services, we will be managing decay in Austin in a very short period of time. This budget will not meet everyone’s concept of perfection. Truthfully, there are parts of the budget that I don’t like. That goes with living in a big, diverse city—different people will have different priorities, and we need to make room for all of us. Now, it is time for us to trust our voters. Voters have an opportunity in November to make a very important decision. From my perspective, the best part of this budget is that we fully fund our homeless strategy office. That was my greatest emphasis, and we've achieved it. It will make a world of difference in getting homeless people off the street in a very short period of time. I'm also very pleased with what we’ve added to funding for public safety, EMS, and wildfire prevention. A positive vote in the November tax rate election will allow us to pay for these needed services. And we make a significant investment in our parks. I look forward to a result that will be the best benefit of our community.

#GainzDealerTipofTheDay Major Deadlift KEY👇 Sit “BACK” into the hips! ➡️ One of the most common deadlift mistakes I see in a lot of lifters is starting with the hips either too high or too low at the start of the lift. One of my favorite ways to remedy this is to sit back until you feel the load in your glutes. This will create an “anchor” with your hips and from there you call pull your chest up and push with your legs to initiate the lift. If the hips are in the right spot, it will feel like the weight is going to “leverage” itself right off the ground due to the tension felt in the glutes at this time. #GainzDealerTipofTheDay Major Deadlift KEY👇 Sit “BACK” into the hips! ➡️ One of the most common deadlift mistakes I see in a lot of lifters is starting with the hips either too high or too low at the start of the lift. One of my favorite ways to remedy this is to sit back until you feel the load in your glutes. This will create an “anchor” with your hips and from there you call pull your chest up and push with your legs to initiate the lift. If the hips are in the right spot, it will feel like the weight is going to “leverage” itself right off the ground due to the tension felt in the glutes at this time. Our ground speed⚠️ test video on the PROTOTYPE: We ran the Turbojet engine at 60% throttle & No afterburner for this test⚠️. The UAV prototype started accelerating to about 80km/h, as it approached high speed, control became difficult & instability set in, leading to a crash, we will need to redo the wheel placements & weight distribution✅. The UAV weighs about 65kg fully loaded, although our engine was capable of propelling it, we will need to redesign the build to reduce weight by about 40% to make flight possible & stable, we will be exploring a full aluminum or composite material build. After the crash, the wheels jammed up & misaligned, making further runway tests impossible, the power of the engine made the jammed tyres screech on the tarmac. We did not exceed 60% throttle talk more of using Afterburner mode because of control instability. We have more work and improvements to make⚡️ Things to improve : We need to reduce the weight of the build by 40%✅ We need to redesign the wheel placement for better stability on high speed✅ Alot has been learned from this outing, we will redesign the prototype to improve stability & we'll be back again Hopefully, we may be able to attempt flight #Zedora #madeinEbonyi #madeinNigeria 🇳🇬

Today is my 37th birthday. Yesterday I went to the US senate and spoke my truth - as a physician, as a woman, and a living being striving to act on the signals I am perceiving and the intuition I feel. If there is one thing I feel at this moment in my life at 37, it is that cultivating healthy bodies is of real importance as it is one of the ways that we honor this mysterious MIRACLE of life and nurture the material receiver through which we might be able to connect with spirit, with God. Our unhealthy bodies are a distraction and impediment to the bliss that we can experience right now in the simple recognition of our oneness with all things. Right now, many levers of society in our material world make being healthy extremely challenging for so many. There is mass suffering that needn’t be, because we are - I believe - distraction, confused, and lost, In the swirl of the cosmos, there is something happening in our little corner that feels like it glitching. Life is on assault. Our Earth, the Mother through which God allowed us to come into human form by assembling atoms from her into us, is being destroyed at our own hands, and so of course, so are we. We have broken the cycles of life, and so we are, or course, breaking. I don’t believe the answers to this are going to be strictly technological, because technology often seems to have the intent of outsmarting nature, with I don’t think is possible. I believe they need to be based in humility, care, and respect for our Mother. 🌎 We, together, can right all of this. I think we can do it rapidly. I think we NEED to do it rapidly. We can protect our earth, protect each other, and get back on track to pursue our highest calling in this precious moment in this lifetime. This is what I came to say to the US government yesterday. PROFOUNDLY grateful to the other speakers on the panel, Senator Ron Johnson , Robert F. Kennedy Jr , and Calley Means for leadership on this panel.
