There was nothing really that came out, and the possibility of holding a summit is not there on the horizon. In a sense, some Indians might be a bit relieved that they were getting into a body where the Americans now wanted to emphasise the security aspect of it, much more than India would prefer, because we have, right from the start, while being a member of the Quad, always tried to emphasise other dimensions of the Quad. Broadening the agenda to critical and raw materials and technologies, to climate change, to HADR (Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief), to illegal shipping, human smuggling and stuff like that, so as to give a more lasting agenda to this four-power cooperation rather than limiting it only to the security part. In fact, the US Secretary of State was in Delhi, and one of the major reasons for his being in Delhi is to participate in the Quad Foreign Minister meeting…we need to pay more attention to the foreign ministers meeting, to the working groups…the reality is much more nuanced than the simplistic understanding of Trump going to China and meeting Xi. We have to understand that the Indo-Pacific is very much there, and the four countries have real concerns, and there is a common thread, and that is the China threat…the main point of discussion is China…there are several strategic factors that are driving the Quad, and that is driving the interest and willingness of the four countries to cooperate. Focusing on the maritime dimension is so very important, specifically when countries such as China are looking at developing blue water capabilities and the PLA becoming a blue water navy. We need to really focus on the maritime capabilities of the four countries and come together forming a coalition, cooperative arrangement where the four countries could actually secure the waters…India is the only country that is injecting the maritime component within the quadrilateral dialogue. India hosts the Malabar exercise, which is more or less now a de facto quad maritime exercise…we have seen during Covid how the four countries came together and became an important stakeholder in the health security as well…but it goes beyond the traditional security issues…we have to look at the timing (of the New Delhi Quad meeting). We also have to look at the location. It is just happening after the visit of the US President to China. This is also an indication from the US that it is willing to repair ties with India, and Indo-Pacific remains an important area for them…this is one of the reasons why tomorrow's meeting is crucial. It's not a new development that India is seen as a formidable power in the Indo-Pacific…when Trump came to power again, there were some hiccups in India-US relationships, but from Australia’s and Japan's perspective, India has been very important. And with that, Quad is also very important…Quad and Indo-Pacific cannot exist without India…from Taiwan's perspective, Quad is the only arrangement within the Indo-Pacific region that is indirectly dealing with the China threat…for Taiwan, China is an existential threat. There is an alignment of interest between Quad and Taiwan…”

This was my FIRST time on a mini ex. My good buddy flew into TN & laughed at me the whole time. Worth a watch with sound on. To answer the question: If I were getting into this “grading driveways” as a side hustle gig, I’d rent a mini ex from a local rental place first (they’re everywhere). Practice on your driveway or in your backyard first. One thing I learned with ZERO experience operating these 6 yrs ago: the best way to learn to use them is to just… “get in the seat and do it”. Practice until you’re comfortable, then throw some “I grade driveways and spread gravel. Free estimates” on FB Marketplace. Call the gravel/stone yard, ask how much to deliver per load, add a couple hundred bucks to that per load when you price a job. Go price a few jobs from leads. Rent the size mini ex you need. Probably will need a Cat 303 size for small jobs. And just do it. First few of them you may underprice, or it may take you twice as long as it normally would. But the fact is…practice makes perfect. With each new opportunity you’ll get better and better at it. I would not invest a ton in equipment right off the bat. I’d rent it until enough jobs come in that will fund the purchase of a small mini ex or skid steer.

An example of exiting the Mini / Micro spread for increased profit opportunities. I was long ES from the Opening Range and sold MES in stages at the Payline, and 1st and 2nd targets. I was long 1 ES and short 7 MES. When ES came back into the opening range I got stopped out of that leg. At the same time MES got offered back into the OR, so I placed a buy stop at the OR high to lock in that profit, while giving myself the upside potential for the market to break below its OR and extend lower. I was able to take some profit on the MES at the 1st downside target ahead of 6714 at 6717. The market came back into the OR after failing to break so I covered the remaining MES at the ORH.

Seedance 2.0 vs. Seedance 2.0 Mini Actually, I tested this directly in Dreamina. It's already available on my account, but it seems Dreamina hasn't announced it on their social media yet 😆 Anyway, here are my first impressions. Basically, it's not bad... not bad at all. However, when I tested it with something more action-oriented, the difference was huge. It depends on your goal, but I don't think I'll use Seedance 2.0 Mini for action-heavy prompts. I could be wrong though, and I need to do more testing. For something that looks simpler and more natural, Seedance 2.0 Mini is surprisingly good. You can still notice some glitches or artifacts from time to time, but overall it's pretty decent. It's definitely not worse than the current version of Grok Imagine Video 😂😂In fact, this is what Grok Imagine should be. They're almost there but Instead, they're going backwards. I think only Tetsuo and Freeze keep saying Grok Imagine is the best model in the world LMAO 🤣🤣🤣 Still, I think Seedance 2.0 Mini delivers exactly what it promises. It's cheaper, faster, although it comes with a slight sacrifice in quality (well obviously it's a mini version of it), although not as much as I expected based on my initial tests. I think in the end, you need to identify your needs and decide when to use Mini, when to use Fast, and when to use the full version. I’m proud of the progress this Rayce Rudeen Foundation team is making right now. We didn’t qualify as well as we wanted at the #Vegas4WideNats, but, with the Four-Wide, I don’t feel it is that important for eliminations. We were runner-up in the first quad (four cars) on a tie (time) and then, we outright won the next round and that makes us feel like we are gaining on it. I told the team that we are way ahead of where we were last week at Phoenix. And that was way ahead of the runs at Gainesville and Pomona. I feel like the team is doing a great job improving with each race, and we are in the window that we can make some small adjustments and pick speed. I think the crew is a little dejected with the final, but from the boss’ perspective, I can see us gaining on it. And we made great progress in just a week. I like seeing them pout a bit right now because of losing, but I’ll get them smiling again and ready for Charlotte. We will focus on the positive moving forward. 🎥 Las Vegas Motor Speedway
