Pipeline. Studio has a set of steps every video goes through. The agent doesn't wander around blindly, it follows a clear route: research the project → build the brand → write the script → define rhythm, pacing and easing → assemble the video → check for visual bugs

Brand. Describe your brand: colors, fonts, tone, mood. Studio will use it in every video. No need to say "make it look like Apple", just import Apple's Design.md and you've got a brand

Library. Save your camera footage, voice recordings, music, photos and Remotion animation components, then reuse them in any video

No, the pipeline lives inside the app, but that's an interesting thought I'll consider making it configurable

My Vibe Facts teaser uses demo stats. Can the brand rules keep a 'DEMO DATA' label visible in every scene, including after aspect-ratio changes? Tiny labels are easy to lose in all the motion.

I do not let the coding agent invent the product. Specs stay present tense, every big call is an ADR before Claude Code runs, and 4,000 lines of docs came before a single line of code. That is why day 1 already had 27 tests.

Can a finished scene be locked while the agent revises another? “Shorten the closing line” shouldn’t become a full renovation.
