@user008675309 @huggingface To run AI local properly, you need at least 32 GB RAM and 12 GB VRAM. A casual consumer PC does not have that.

@user008675309 @huggingface you don't need a dedicated GPU. it runs on system memory, and smaller models need 1 to 4GB of it. You're right, a 30B wants a dedicated machine, but most of what people actually ask an AI to do doesn't need a 30B
