Introducing RX-1, our experimental European robotics platform. Every step the quadruped takes is a step toward Europe’s technological sovereignty. We make it available to academic labs across Europe.

Proud to partner with @ETH_en and @Inria to deploy and work on RX-1.

Boston Dynamics did this in 2020. That's not sovereignty—it's called catching up.

looks like a future contender

Let me invest dam it

it's called catching up.

the honest answer is that europe's sovereignty through robotics is more about access to talent than just manufacturing. if we're talking tech leadership, talent wins over made-in-europe any day.

I have to dive deep into the details of this 👀

🔥🔥

it can.. run in a straight line?

Do you get taxes for posting on X yet?

Ціна?

It looks like the dog robot in the TV series "The War of the Worlds" Does it has bolt gun?🤔

Quadruped rocks 🤘🏼

Really great work. I'm especially impressed you're opening this to academic labs first. Without actual adoption though, it's just a demo sitting on shelves. What's the SDK situation? Fully open or locked down?

They won't compete on chip designs or fab

Any page where we can read more about it? How does it work?

Fantastic. We need European sovereignty in robotics and AI.

It’s called spot the robot dog. You can buy one from Boston Dynamics 😂 I think Europe is the Blue Origin of the Tech World 😂 don’t blow up the launching pad 😂
