While there are still clear limitations, you are probably falling behind now if you are not using spreadsheet agents as a tool in your work.

This is exactly what I meant. We're moving from 'how do I do this in Excel' to 'just do this for me'

We have it on web, plugin for sheets, and add in for excel. Windows or Mac is fine!

what’s actually unique compared to claude for excel? i like this solution a lot, but claude is already really powerful with excel

Excel is to us what coding is to anthropic Try both and let me know if it’s not clear

If you could create a way that this model can pull SEC data quickly and easily, you will get so many people subscribing. I would take your subscription over Bloomberg any day

It pulls from already if you ask! More integrations on the way

Question: If I work at a large company and I try and use this to help with work, will I get into legal trouble from you storing confidential data? How does it work?

nico this is sick (as a practitioner) overkill but: securitization cash waterfall modeling + attachment / detachment estimation maybe next iteration? ABS brothers gotta eat

the skill floor compression is massive. spreadsheet mastery becomes procedural. 13-tab institutional models going from expert-only to commodity. the next play is what replaces the spreadsheet entirely

Incredible. Curious—how do you guarantee (now or LT) to finance users (e.g. IB M&A analysts) that this outputs clean fin models or P&L sheets with correct data assembly, zero hallucinations, and full alignment with firm practices? Today analysts spend ~80% time building models, 20% verifying. Per convos with funds/banks, AI flips it to 20% building, 80% verifying - minimal real time saved irl.
