These sound amazing!

Thank you!

this is sooo cool!!!

Thanks a lot! 🙏

duuuude!

sounds that install as code instead of audio files is the clever bit. how small does the bundle stay once you pull in 10 of them?

The sounds can go as small as a few Kb, it depends how you choose to export them. The flexibility is there.

Love this

Crazyyyyyy

Sound is the last thing I think about when it comes to wed experiences, if I think about it at all, but this might cause me to rethink that…

As long as it’s kept subtle, it’s quite refreshing to hear!

I've been looking for something like this. Wow!

All yours!

You're a wizard fr

Amazing!

Thank you!

Thank you for making this free, David. Sounds that install as code is a clever idea, and builders will get a lot of use out of it.

bro is COOKIN like CRAZY

bro, literally was building this mascot right now, inspired by

hmmmm

Yeah, he’s the one who made me do it ngl

so what was the plan before that? only center stage?

Yep

Love that these are code, not audio files. Interface sounds are so underrated!

Are the sounds synthesised at runtime with the Web Audio API?

The exported runtime includes setSoundMuted and setSoundVolume alongside useSound. That makes it easier to give the whole interface one sound preference, rather than leaving every button to decide whether to chirp.

Sounds as code is a smart call, you can tune them to the brand instead of shipping the same pop every app uses. The hard part is restraint.

Try

The "unsaved changes" modal is about to get a boss theme.

tunable pitch and length is what makes this usable. stock sounds are why everyone keeps ui audio off
