Introducing Spring—my first ever Figma plugin! 🤩 After animating a lot recently, I found myself clicking around too much 👀 Spring lets you quickly add triggers and preset curves between frames (P.S - design is a work in progress, i just wanted to get the code working 😅)

While working on our upcoming YouTube video, we ended up using Remotion a lot. So much that it probably deserves its own video. A bunch of the B-roll was made by animating quick Figma designs with code, without opening After Effects at all. Just Figma → Codex → Video.

Yesterday I was giving a lecture at University of Washington. I saw that copy-paste design from Figma Make to Figma Design dropped, and tried it for the first time in front of about 300 students. The crowd went wilddddddddd with applause when it just worked!!!! This is what I showed them:

This would have taken me forever without Claude AI I constantly get impressed by how far I can take concepts I had in my head to a functional component in a couple of hours. Normally, I'd spend just that amount of time designing in Figma. Now, I completely skip Figma and go straight to code. Designing in code is back and I love every minute of it.

Announcing the upcoming FlatForge plugin. The first HueForge plugin. It's HueForge - But Flat. have created an information page about this upcoming plugin. I am planning to release it by the end of September. It will start off at a $15 one time payment (no more payments ever, full updates forever) until after Cyber Monday when it will go up to it's full price of $20. I have spent a lot of time and effort not just on this plugin but on the Plugin system as a whole. I will be working with a few select users/developers to finalize the plugin API before releasing it for you all to use as well. More information on the Plugin system will come after launch.

I used to do this exercise differently too… until I found @jeffnippard and realized there’s a better way to hit rear delts. P.S. I only realized at the END of the workout that I was wearing my top backwards 🤦🏼‍♀️ Has that ever happened to you?
