this is clever. having the CRM logic live in agentic skills rather than bolted-on automation layers actually feels like it solves the "AI knows one layer but the rules are somewhere else" problem. does it update the graph incrementally from new emails or batch rebuild?

i just had a chat with yc startup. they bought claude code max for all 5 sales reps in their team just to build automations on top of their shitty hubspot

Yo this is crazy! We are long overdue for innovation in the CRM space. Thinking of open sourcing? By biggest barrier right now in committing to any system of record is that I can't use it and not fear that there might be a vastly superior system in 2 months. That's why I keep everything in my self-hosted twenty instance instead right now. Not optimal but flexible.

Looks awesome! Will give it a try. I'm currently working on a CRM myself. The graph is cool—we had the same idea! In my opinion, it's the best way to represent a person between the mass of data. In my opinion, HubSpot and similar fall short in this.

This is the right architecture. API-first + MCP-native + knowledge graph = the stack that actually compounds over time. The piece that makes it click: when the CRM knowledge graph feeds back into the agent's context automatically — agents stop operating blind and start operating with memory. Currently building the business layer on top of a similar setup (Claude Code + context docs + agent handoffs). The CRM enrichment piece is exactly the kind of automation that belongs in a blueprint.

CRM that updates itself from emails and builds a knowledge graph is exactly the right direction — the problem with every CRM is it's always stale because humans hate updating it. Agentic Skills + Recipes means the CRM gets smarter with every interaction automatically.

knowledge graph approach to CRM is really smart. doing something similar with fazm for desktop context - building a persistent local knowledge graph of your files, apps, and workflows so the AI agent actually remembers what you were doing across sessions. terminal-first is a great UX choice too
