not sure how you implement "teaching," but i'm guessing it stores the sequence of steps. if so, i'm imagining an open-source repository of these actions. that could become the next generation of "user manuals." like, say, i'm new to photoshop. if actions in photoshop have been uploaded to the repo, i can just describe in plain english what my intent is and the steps have been mapped out.
