Very cool. Have you seen @_Checkmatey_’s Choppiness Index on @_checkonchain? It’s a similar idea, he refers to it as enough wood being chopped going sideways as fuel for the next leg up.

This is great but i like the other chart better, high at the top (sell) low at the bottom (buy). That's just my tradingview brain's default setting.

The update recommends when and where to charge based on your vehicle and battery level, showing estimated battery at arrival and adjusting ETAs with charging time, something that Tesla already does, but this Google Maps update will reduce the need for multiple apps in non-Tesla EVs. Google: "To deliver accurate battery predictions for hundreds of vehicles, we combine AI with advanced energy models that analyze car details — like weight and battery size — alongside Maps’ real-time information about traffic, road elevation and weather. This will allow us to bring intelligent trip-planning features to most U.S. EVs soon."

A story in 4 acts 👇 We stupidly drained the RV's battery during the night by leaving both air condition units at full blast all night long and it wouldn't start anymore... Some kind locals here in Yining tried to help with a jump starter but it wouldn't work because the problem is with the main EV battery, not the engine battery. So we got a tow truck to drop the RV at a charging site. Now we just need to wait for the battery to charge and we're back on the road. As we call it in our family: type 2 fun 😊

I’m planning a long article about the baghdad battery. But first things first: let me see it working! I don’t care “expert opinion”, facts are facts. So I set up this “baghdad battery” in a rush, as a proof of concept, and TÁDÁMMM! it works. Even this rudimentary setup can produce 0.44 Volts. Copper + iron + orange 🍊 juice. (Which is not really surprising if someone knows the physics behind… it should have 0.78 Volts instead khm.) This is just one battery cell. You can connect them serially to have higher voltage or parallel to reach higher current. This is it for today. I have a lot of 🗿s to cast instead of this stupid battery 🔋

That price does include a larger battery than previously announced, now measuring 63 kWh, providing 205 miles of range and the ability to charge through a NACS port. Slate claims to have 180,000 reservations so far and will start delivering in the fourth quarter of this year.
