Stream Deck as a mid-run control plane is the interesting bit — steer Codex, dial reasoning, preview usage from hardware keys. Just don't let the dial become an undeclared grant surface: every prompt send / model switch / task steer should still hit the same revoke + usage meter as the chat UI. Physical keys, same entitlement boundary. #AgentOps #AI
