uniform price means, you're willing to commit 10k @ 10M max FDV. if price settles at 7M, you will pay the same uniform clearing price, so 10k @ 7M

love the google ipo nod. uniform price clears, but how do you handle ties at the cutoff fdv, pro rata or random?

we group bids into buckets. if you bid at the marginal bucket, you will receive a pro rata distribution with everyone in the marginal bucket with allocations skewed towards earlier committers. if you bid above the marginal bucket, you will be filled 100%
