Wonder how it would cope after someone had defecated and urinated all over the walls and floor. Really though, cleaning jobs keep food on the table for many people. Should we be doing this?

I dunno... When I think "the future of cleaning bathrooms", I imagine the fixtures sinking into their own, small, self-cleaning niches in the walls and the resulting, empty space getting a simple hose down and disinfectant spray, since there would be no more nooks & crannies...
