Very pathetic service since i booked my carens 2 months passed dealer didn't received carens CSD price list. And is ready in showroom but dealer said KIA is sending CARENS 2024 JULY CSD PRICE LIST. I urge everyone not to buy KIA cars most pathetic service. Worst service........

Worst brand I have ever seen in my life... A brand success is not just to sell no. Of cars but also have to provide after sales service which is pathetic from your side ...... people who purchased will only know brand truth when they face issue revealing warranty claims.

KIA Product quality is very poor, every 15 to20 days my car sut down and service team pickup my car for resolve issue but again and again same issue Due to Manufacturing defective KIA team unable to resolve permanently. suggest what I do Errors attached. Jaipur Rajasthan India

First U teach your sales and marketing department how to make customers and not harass them for a single inquiry those who purchase Kia cars ask them to give good services but unfortunately we have opposite experience worst customer service and support inferior quality products

@KiaInd - I have complained several times for the paint coming out from my Front bumper and music control but nither kia india is helping nor service center, pathetic after sales service. This issue is opens now from months. Disappointing.
