It supports youth aging out of foster care with scholarships, vocational training, jobs, financial literacy, and an online hub for self-sufficiency plans. It also reduces unnecessary placements, and expands foster homes. First Lady Melania, who launched the "Fostering the Future" initiative in 2021 under "Be Best," led its development.
