Introducing Vaul 1.0. A drawer component for React. Rewritten, improved, with new docs.

This component is hard to get right, so I'm not saying that it's perfect, but it's getting better. Also, thanks to @mrncst for helping with the docs design.

Huge fan of your work Emil. I've struggled quite a lot to give that native feeling on mobile web in job search functionality @jobclerk_com and this looks like what I've needed in the first place. Definitely going to implement this over the weekend instead of modal sign ins.
