@JohnAmaechi serious question, do you think this means that we are missing out on potentially great introverted leaders because of the higher expense leading people takes on introverts? And vice versa that more bad extroverted leaders are in power because the social tax is less?

People have to understand the difference between introversion and, say, social anxiety, agoraphobia, etc. I’m incredibly extroverted. I love being with people. But anxiety & agoraphobia often either keep me from engaging in person or give me extreme anxiety. Different discussion?

It's different but related... some of these conditions are acute and contextual, and some are chronic and overlay a person's whole life. But none speak intrinsically to the interpersonal skill in, or the desire to, interact effectively with others...
