This isn't the Universal Century timeline, so you can feel at ease, but I don't know how they do it in the Build series. Sometimes, things get way too serious, even though it's just plastic models fighting each other. They make it seem like things are actually at stake, even though everything and everyone is safe. How do they bring such seriousness??? I don't know, but I feel it sometimes. Like here, I feel so bad.

Why game companies focus on graphics instead of gameplay? 1) the devs must show the game to upper management. They don't play it. They just look at the cut scenes. So to get greenlit you need cool cut scenes that the players will probably skip. 2) the game journalists who review your game only care about screen shots. They will play it for maybe 10 minutes. Superficial looks, not depth, is what they will review. I'm not decrying graphics. Great graphics make a game better. But game play entices players. If devs ignore management and journalists you can get incredible games. Remember Dwarf Fortress? And look at Fallout: New Vegas - really, kind of chunky graphics even for its time, but terrific gameplay. Also neaer-perfect soundtrack.

Talking about the special stages on gayo daejeon Mai: This time Jeemin, Ko-chan, and Jungeun, the three of them did a special stage.. You know how I get to see them preparing hard and practicing hard, right?We research a lot and do a lot of monitoring, talking with each other about how we'd think this part would be better done this way, that's how we prepare. So on stage they're so cool, so pretty, so good at it, that I'm just so proud. Genuinely. Our members are the best. Really... Aren't they so cool? No, I'm just...
