@sujit4men My wife has given the wrong income affidavit and I have proven it but still no punishment. In family courts knowledge of laws does not matter much. If judge wants to protect he can protect from any punishment.

Sad reality....No judge will implement these punishments

Exactly when the section numbers are getting jumbled up these lawyers are coming out and giving gyan of these sections. By the time you go to police and tell them these section numbers would mean something else and create confusion. Information is gold but the timing is wrong.
