This was in 2022, when the IPOB Head Of Directorates, Mazi Chika Edoziem announced unambiguously that Mr Simon Ekpa was never an IPOB member, and will never be one as he lacks 'criteria' to become a family member of the IPOB movement. He said he is allowed to pursue Biafra if he so wishes, however his actions must not be attributed to the IPOB movement. This is to address the misinformations flying around after the alleged arrest and covert prosecution by the Finnish Authorities. IPOB cannot be held responsible for the actions of Simon Ekpa when he was never a member of the movement and infact was actually sabotaging the IPOB movement. The public must not forget that it was on the orders of Mr Ekpa that the late former IPOB national coordinator, Mazi Ikechukwu Ugwuoha was assassinated by his hoodlums of perdition right before in the presence of his little daughter. I am not sharing this video to promote Simon Ekpa BLA; instead, I am sharing it to reveal the blackmail perpetrated by the Nigerian police against IPOB and ESN. The Nigerian government is fully aware that IPOB/ESN has no connection to Simon Ekpa and his group of autopilot and BLA. In fact, in multiple press statements, IPOB has clearly distanced itself from Simon Ekpa and his BLA armed group. However, whenever Ekpa's BLA engage with Nigerian security forces, the police and army intentionally fail to state those who attacked them, instead resorting to blaming innocent IPOB and ESN. This is the reason why, to this day, Nigerian security cannot overcome insecurity; they have intertwined sentiment and emotion with their profession and have neglected to apply professionalism in their duties. By refusing to confront and name those who attacked then, while continuously accusing peaceful IPOB/ESN, how can you expect to succeed in addressing insecurity? I am not sharing this video to promote Simon Ekpa BLA; instead, I am sharing it to reveal the blackmail perpetrated by the Nigerian police against IPOB and ESN. The Nigerian government is fully aware that IPOB/ESN has no connection to Simon Ekpa and his group of autopilot and BLA.
