Here is a golden oldie from February 2019, when Archila delivered a “People’s State of the Union” alongside AOC. Archila's message is basically that good people take to the streets and protest. Now she is New York City’s top international affairs official, and she still appears to approach the job like an activist.

Mamdani’s Commissioner of International Affairs, Ana María Archila (a naturalized U.S. citizen from Colombia), was scheduled to meet with Iran’s UN representative Amir Saeid Iravani on July 7th at 11 AM. Zohran Mamdani had a senior official in his administration attempt to set up a meeting with Iran’s UN ambassador. The U.S. State Department intervened to shut it down. Pakistan is not reliable at all and is willing to sustain the Islamic regime in Iran’s terrorism. Pakistan did not condemn Iran’s aggression against the UAE, Bahrain, and other Muslim countries. In negotiations with the Trump administration, Pakistan refused to ask Iran to stop attacking the Gulf states. Pakistan wants to be the oxygen for the Islamic regime.
