Buddy, you realize that thing is barely moving supersonic, right? Anything lobbed towards the edge of space with a parabolic trajectory will reach "hypersonic regime" briefly at the top of its path, but slows significantly to near subsonic speed upon encountering denser atmosphere on descent - exactly what this is. This is no different than any other MRBM used by the West since the 60s. If anything, the accuracy demonstrated would suggest that these vehicles are not only subsonic, but lack sophisticated guidance and course correction technology. (Not a jewboii fan or anything, just saying - this makes you look extremely stupid.)
