Iran’s IRGC announced: Following the attack by the US on a telecommunications tower on Sirik Island in Hormozgan Province, the IRGC attacked the air base from which the attack originated and destroyed the predicted targets. Footage shows the missile heading towards its target. CENTCOM had earlier announced that it hit radar sites at Qeshm Island after Iran shot down a US MQ-1 drone.

This is the new ESA video of 3I/ATLAS passing Mars. I cropped around 3I/ATLAS, then made it larger, made it brighter, and added some blue color to help us see details. It has no "tail" like for a "comet". Yet it is carrying some kind of gaseous coma along with it on all sides. Since ESA did not give us a color image, we cannot say (from this video) which gasses that coma is made of.

At least 260 children have been killed by Israel's relentless attack on Gaza which continued overnight and through this morning. The death toll in the besieged enclave since the start of Israel's air strikes on Saturday has risen to 1,055 while 5,184 people have been injured and 260,000 displaced. Local authorities reported significant casualties when Israel targeted the home of an international law expert in Gaza City. The Israeli Air Force said they had hit 450 targets in the previous 24 hours. Since the surprise attacks by the Palestinian resistance on Saturday, Israel has imposed a complete blockade on Gaza, cutting off food, water and power. UNRWA said it only has two weeks supply of food and water for the 180,000 people who have sought refuge in their schools. Local officials in Gaza have also warned that a power plant is due to shut down in a matter of hours due to a lack of fuel as a result of the Israeli blockade. Despite the humanitarian disaster in Gaza, US President Joe Biden said on Tuesday "we stand with Israel." Biden also described the attacks by Palestinian resistance groups as "unadulterated evil". However, US officials said that Washington was working with other countries on a plan to offer safe passage out of Gaza for civilians. On Tuesday, EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell told reporters that Israel's blockade of Gaza was illegal and that aid from Brussels would continue. Iranian officials have continue to deny their involvement in Saturday's attacks, while Egyptian intelligence officials have claimed they gave Israel prior warning of the attacks. On Tuesday Israel also attacked the Rafah crossing between Gaza and Egypt.
