He says the agreement includes: • An IMMEDIATE and permanent end to military operations, including in Lebanon • An end to the naval blockade • A 60 DAY negotiation process, conditional on the U.S. fulfilling its commitments During those 60 days, Iran says talks will focus on: • Ending ALL sanctions and Security Council resolutions • Nuclear issues • Iran’s reconstruction • Creating a mechanism to monitor compliance by all parties Iran says ALL of its key positions were included in the draft and that its commitments are “not comparable” to the achievements it secured. Russia, China and 121 other countries from the NaM insist that the sanctions reinstated by the US and E3 through the so-called "snapback" mechanism have no legal validity and UN member states are not obligated to implement them. With the end of this resolution, the status of Iran's issue at the IAEA will also change, and from now on, the IAEA Director-General will no longer be required to issue reports on the JCPOA.
