He says the agreement includes: • An IMMEDIATE and permanent end to military operations, including in Lebanon • An end to the naval blockade • A 60 DAY negotiation process, conditional on the U.S. fulfilling its commitments During those 60 days, Iran says talks will focus on: • Ending ALL sanctions and Security Council resolutions • Nuclear issues • Iran’s reconstruction • Creating a mechanism to monitor compliance by all parties Iran says ALL of its key positions were included in the draft and that its commitments are “not comparable” to the achievements it secured.
