This is an incredibly stupid rule which has bern controversial long enough to change it.

It is not a given that the save was a "deliberate" one! You need to show when the ball left the foot. If 2 in of a foot can decide an offside, then micro-seconds should be considered so one can see exactly when the ball has separated from the foot. And errors in image processing.

This is a similar situation with Tottenham vs Chelsea game. The law was not introduced because of Iran

You can't punish a team when they should have been rewarded for their hardwork. If the last player must be considered as the keeper, then the main keeper can't handle the ball again until he got back to his position. And the moment he got back to his position, the other player counts a the last man which ultimately put the Iranian player in an onside position.

How do you explain this? Looking the actual footage and the fake VAR: Egypt player white shoes were graphically altered to a smaller black shoes and the Iranian player’s larger white shoes were kept in the VAR to make the illusion of an offside by a very marginal position.

I am sorry, but it’s not 100% like you are saying. The pause to check the offside is 0.15s before. If you move the time by 0.15s, the player is not offside

The VAR failed to consider that the actual toes inside the shoe were 2 cm to the left and thus NOT in an offside position compared to the second last defender. Check and mate. FIFA messed up.
