🇮🇪 Ireland imported Europe’s open borders dogma. It also imported the consequences. My discussion with Michael Portillo on GB News

@portilloandhen @GBNEWS Great piece. If only the Irish media would report on this catastrophe so clearly

In 2021, O’Gorman’s inviting tweets included the End Direct Provision white paper, with recommendations from Catherine Day, a high-ranking European Commission official. This followed the Irish government’s 2020 awareness of the EU Migration Pact’s mandatory quotas. With Ireland handling ~3,000 asylum applications yearly, how do you justify a mandatory quota of 30,000? First, you boost applications to 15,000+ per year. The Migration Pact was published and immediately accepted by the Irish political establishment in 2020. By 2021, we cut rejection rates from ~70% (pre-2020) to 5.5%, among other actions, sparking a demand crisis. By 2024, this demand crisis conveniently justifies adopting the Pact.

@portilloandhen @GBNEWS O’Gorman didn’t make the recommendations he tweeted, Catherine Day did. I believe this was one of many ways an asylum crisis was created to justify opting into the EU Migration Pact. I cover why in this 60 min video:

If Roderic's nextdoor neighbour's house ever goes to market I'm making an impassioned please to @elonmusk to buy it out for the sole purpose of filling it with the worst dregs of low-lifes who arrive off the boats from North Africa, Albania or anywhere else he was promoting the country to as a refuge. Let him live with the consequences.

@portilloandhen @GBNEWS Reckless Roderic sending out invites to everyone during an acute housing crisis

@gerheffernan23 @portilloandhen @GBNEWS It is importing the dirt of the world. The rotten fffg regime has turned Ireland into one giant landfill.

@portilloandhen @GBNEWS Everyone in Ireland needs to listen to this interview-it’s only 7 minutes long but sums up the immigration issue succinctly.

Here’s what could get more expensive with Trump’s new tariffs.

@portilloandhen @GBNEWS Well said Michael. At last a journalist who is speaking the truth, & speaking up for what the majority of the Irish feel. 👏
